I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and I didn't need to crank up the air con all the time. They were a good size and directly led to the courtyard, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The service surpassed all expectations; the staff were very, very nice and provided exceptional professionalism that even outshined some 5-star hotels. They even upgraded our room to a deluxe option without any extra charges. The location couldn't have been better; it's fantastic, within an easy walk of everything Hoi An has to offer but just far enough away from the main tourist area to feel like a quiet retreat. The proximity to the old town of Hoi An and the delicious breakfast served at the adjacent restaurant were major highlights. The dining experience, although included and excellent, didn't offer many options for vegetarians. When it comes to facilities, this hotel was top-notch. The only downside was the limited vegetarian dining options and a slightly higher price point, but the overall value for money was still great.

The double glazing on the windows kept any outside noises at bay, except for some minor disturbances from neighboring guests using the staircase.
